UPS SYSTEMS
Power outages can have dramatic consequences, especially for critical installations and business processes. But with our UPS/No-Break system (Uninterruptible Power Supply) you don’t have to worry.
Our UPS systems are designed to seamlessly take over the mains power in the event of a power outage. This means that even when the emergency generator is started, essential installations and systems continue to run. No interruptions, no downtime.
We work with the best brands in the industry, including Delta, Schneider Electric and Eaton. We are the manufacturer’s designated service partner for Delta and Schneider Electric in the Netherlands. If you choose our UPS systems, you are assured of not only the best power supply solutions, but also preventive and corrective service and maintenance so that your UPS system remains in top condition.
Zwart offers an extensive range of UPS systems, ranging from 1 kVA to 4 MVA, available in both 1 phase (230V) and 3 phase (400V). We supply two main types of UPS systems: fixed power UPS systems (mono-block) and expandable (modular) UPS systems. Both types of systems can be expanded in power or can be configured for a redundant N+1 installation.
With fixed power UPS systems this is achieved by simply installing an additional UPS system next to the existing unit. For modular UPS systems we add an extra power module to the UPS frame. Your choice of brand and type of UPS solution is determined based on specific preferences and available space.
Our UPS systems are supplied with a matching battery solution. These batteries are housed in battery cabinets, battery cabinets and/or battery racks, specially designed and calculated for your needs. We use various types of batteries, including AGM/VRLA, NiCd and lithium-ion batteries. Independent of brand, we work together with certified class A battery suppliers. Of course, we take into account the desired Eurobat standard.
The transport, installation of the UPS and battery solution, installation of battery cabinets, batteries, battery switches, DC cabling and commissioning are conducted in-house by our dedicated service engineers. It is the key to our success in providing high quality UPS systems and excellent service.
Why do we conduct all these crucial steps in-house? Simply because we want to maintain full control over the entire process, from the very beginning through to commissioning and maintenance.
This has several advantages: we can maximize efficiency and ensure high quality control standards; it makes us flexible so we can respond quickly to changes or specific needs of our customers.
